INFORMATION

Ordering / Shipping

All Hanamoko clocks are made to order, so please allow approximately two weeks for your order to be completed. Shipping usually takes 3-10 days by EMS. Please note that shipping may take longer during the holiday season. We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Shipping costs are: 1400 yen within Asia; 2000 yen within Oceania, North America, Central America, or the Middle East; 2200 yen within Europe; and 2400 within South America or Africa.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns of defective items or as a result of our shipping error. If your Hanamokko clock is damaged during shipping or is different than your order, please inform us of the error as detailed as possible within 7 days of arrival at ate@cbrain.co.jp. If the item is defective, please email us within 14 days of arrival at ate@cbrain.co.jp. We will make every effort to process your return request within 4 days, and will contact you via email regarding the status.

Warranty

C-Brain products are covered by a 1-year warranty. If a problem occurs under normal use within in the warranty period, we will replace the product. In this case, the original item must be returned to us. All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer. If you wish to return an item, please contact us at ate@cbrain.co.jp.

About Requests for Repairs

1. 1. If you would like to request a repair, please send your item directly to our workshop. You will be responsible for shipping costs.

*Please include a note with your: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
*If your item is within the warranty period, please include your warranty card. Without a warranty card, you may be charged for all repairs.
*Please package your item for repair in a sturdy box with a cushioning material to prevent further damage upon shipping.
*To prevent loss, we recommend you ship your item using a method that includes a tracking number.

2. 2.Upon our receipt of the requested item to be repaired, we will contact you to confirm the details of the repair, including the cost and timeframe. We will send you an invoice via PayPal.

Repair Costs- Table Clock (tax included)

  • Movement replacement (with batteries) → 3,300 yen
  • Replacement of hands → 3,300 yen
  • Dial repair → 1,650 ~ 3,300 yen

We do not repair damaged or aged wood.

3. 3.Only upon confirmation will we start the repair process.
It takes about 2 weeks for most repairs to be completed.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country. Any additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the buyer. C-Brain has no control over these charges and cannot predict what these charges may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for more information. If custom clearance is required, your shipment may be delayed beyond our anticipated delivery schedule.
